Look no further. If you have trouble w malasana. Give a few of these well thought out exercises a try. If you work at this you will have a better malasana safely and enjoy the process of building strength and flexibility in the hips/groin. Who doesn't want that?
I at times have some serious wrist pain. Have for years, right wrist to be exact. To the point where I need a brace to do down dog and handstands and such. I've been doing these particular wrist exercised daily and they help. I mean help a lot.
If you are thinking of taking on some handstands or arm balances, I highly recommend these. Give it a go!

We used to give activated charcoal for poisonings back in my paramedic days. A large amount would induce vomiting. Last year I did some research on activated charcoal and found out that it is good for detoxing all sorts of YUCKY things from the body. So I took some daily for a few weeks. Felt great. So watch this and see what you think.
