Ayurveda believes the key to health is in the gut. Funny how this now "new thinking in medicine" Ayurveda studies the gut and digestion in a holistic detail. Debbie is happy to conduct an evaluation. This is BEYOND interesting and can be done in as little as 1-1.5 hours. You will be changed forever and hopefully so will your diet. Understand what foods work for you and against you. They are not the same for everyone that's why a personal evaluation is so important.
