Lower back pain, Sciatica and pain in the Butt:
Take a look at this picture of the Accupressure spots of the low back and buttock. You can use tennis balls, (that's what we do here at Yoga Maya in some of our more theraputic classes) your fists or thumbs to apply inward, steady firm pressure for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the pain dissipates, make sure you breathe deeply and that it does not cause too much discomfort. You may repeat 3 times a day. Never press right over the spine. Try to do this yourself with the tennis balls. It will give you a great idea of exactly where these spots are and where your pain is too. Always consult a doctor about your medical problems.
