I woke up this morning ready to take on the world. Then a tiny thought popped into my head. People who have pain don't wake like that. They cannot wake and wrestle the tiger. Today is a good day for me so the tigers nearby had better watch out.
For those feeling a little less than stellar may I be so bold as to recommend a site for some natural healing? Most doctors will not tell you about this possibly because they don't know anything about natural healing. The link is below and it shows you how to make a castor oil compress or wrap. Castor oil can help with all sorts of muscular or joint pain. I usually do a wrap (with a heating pad is always better for me). Don't do this if you are wearing your favorite outfit. In my personal experience when I do this I feel better. I also take a lot of turmeric (as it is the best anti-inflammatory out there). Here's the site on how to make a pack. The Wellness Mama has great information on homemade cleaning supplies and many other more natural less toxic things: wellnessmama.com/35671/castor-oil-packs/ Read this would ya...
