It's all about showing up. That's half the battle. Once on the mat you can do whatever you like. But getting to the mat can prove to be very challenging some days.
I challenge you to make a commitment to yourself and your yoga. Have a little more discipline (if you lack it) and get on your mat and work. Everyday for two weeks. Not hard, but smart. Just work.
