Have you been interested in doing some yoga in the privacy of your own home and need a routine? Look no further. Jason Crandell is a wonderful Yogi I follow and he has put together some poses that work well for a nice stretch and strength building routine you can do in the am in a short time frame.
I suggest holding each pose for 6-10 breaths. See how that works for you. Slow, steady deep inhales and exhales too. Long exhales. Remember to do each side. Give it a go! Enjoy!
