In a yoga class I am a big proponent of watching what you say as the instructor. Outside of a yoga class, you'd be hard pressed to "offend" me with your words, poorly chosen or not.
In class, I listen carefully to every little word that comes out of my teacher's mouth. And yes, sometimes I don't like what I hear. Though a few of these examples do not bother me at all from the link below, I can see how they may irritate someone. Especially the "if you need a block" or "weight loss" references. Read it and tell me your thoughts. I am curious. https://yogainternational.com/article/view/six-things-i-dont-say-in-yoga-class-anymore?utm_content=buffera2c99&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer
